Tai chi & Pilates for beginners
Stiff, tense, short on time? Feel calm in 3 minutes.
Sound familiar?
Some days, everything feels tight.
- You sit all day, and by evening your neck and back feel stiff as cardboard.
- By mid-afternoon your head is buzzing and you can't switch off.
- You don't have 30 minutes, a mat or the energy to get sweaty.
- Tai chi looks lovely, but you've never tried it and you'd feel silly.
- Every fitness app you've tried made you feel guilty for skipping a day.
Zenbo is made for days like these. Three slow minutes, and you feel like yourself again.
Stiff from the desk
Loosen up, right where you are.
Slow, gentle moves that ease you out of desk mode. Do them standing next to your desk or sitting in a steady chair. Every move has a chair version.
- Small, slow moves, within your comfort
- No floor, no mat, no change of clothes

No time, no energy
No time? 3 minutes is enough.
About as long as the kettle takes. Fit it into a coffee break, before work or before bed. One button starts today's session, and one gentle reminder can wait for you at the time you pick.
- One tap from opening the app to moving
- No sweat, so you go straight back to your day

Never tried tai chi
Never tried it? Just follow Bao.
No experience needed and nothing to learn first. Bao shows each move while one large caption tells you what to do. Day 1 is Cloud Hands, arms only, and new moves arrive one at a time.
- Sound optional, captions guide you at your desk
- Pause, go back 10 seconds or slow the pace

Tired of guilt-trip apps
Miss a day? Bao just naps.
No streak to break, no red badges, no guilt. Come back tomorrow or next week and Bao is still saving you a seat. The days you do show up quietly turn your month into an ink scroll you keep.
How it works

Honest answers
Questions
Zenbo is gentle movement for calm. It is not medical advice. If you have an injury, a health condition, balance problems or are pregnant, check with your doctor first, and stop if something hurts.
What is Zenbo?
Three calm minutes a day for stressful, desk-bound days. You follow Bao, a cartoon red panda, through a short breath, one slow tai chi move, one gentle Pilates move and a closing breath, standing or in a chair. Every session adds one ink stroke to your monthly ink scroll.
Do I need any equipment?
No. No mat, no floor, no weights and no special clothes. You can do every session in work clothes, standing next to your desk or sitting in a steady chair.
Is Zenbo free?
The daily 3-minute session is free, every day, with no trial needed. Premium adds the 10 and 20 minute flows, both 14-day programs and two extra scroll colours. In the US it is $34.99 a year with a 7-day free trial for new customers, $8.99 a month, or $79.99 once for lifetime. Prices vary by country and the store shows yours before you pay.
Can I do it sitting down?
Yes. Every move in Zenbo has a chair version, and you choose standing or chair once in the app. You can change it any time under Practice.
Do I need sound?
No. Large captions on screen guide each step, so you can keep the sound off at your desk. A soft chime marks each new move if you want it.
What happens if I miss a day?
Bao naps. Nothing is lost, there is no streak to break, and your ink scroll keeps every stroke you already painted.
I have never done tai chi. Is it for me?
Zenbo is made for beginners. Day 1 is Cloud Hands with the arms only, and new moves arrive one a day, slowly, with the same few steps each time.
Is it safe for me?
Zenbo is gentle movement for calm, not medical advice. If you have an injury, a health condition, balance problems or are pregnant, check with your doctor first. Move within your comfort, use the chair version if you like, and stop if something hurts.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes, any time. Premium subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your Google Play account, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel. The free daily 3 minutes stay free either way.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up. Your practice history stays on your phone, and you can delete it in Help, Delete my data.
Is Zenbo on iPhone?
Zenbo is on Google Play for Android now. The iPhone version is coming soon.
