Start short, keep it regular
A plan you actually do beats an ambitious one you skip. Three minutes fits before work or at lunch without negotiation. Once it is a habit, add time if you like.
A simple way to grow
- Weeks 1 and 2: about 3 minutes, one new move a day.
- After that: keep the daily 3 minutes, and add one longer session a week, 10 or 20 minutes, linking the moves you know.
- Later: if you enjoy it, a local class adds a teacher's eye on your form.
Missed a day?
Just do today's session. In Zenbo, a missed day means Bao naps: nothing is lost and no streak breaks. The ink scroll leaves a little mist for that day and carries on. See a habit without streak guilt.
Time of day
Any time works. Pick the time you can protect: before work, lunch, after work or before bed are the four Zenbo suggests for the daily reminder.
Zenbo is gentle movement for calm, not medical advice. If you have an injury, a health condition, balance problems or are pregnant, check with your doctor first. Move within your comfort, use the chair version if you like, and stop if something hurts.
Questions
Is it better to do tai chi in the morning or evening?
Either. Choose the time you will keep. Some people like a calm start, others a slow wind-down.
What happens if I miss a day?
Bao naps. Nothing is lost, there is no streak to break, and your ink scroll keeps every stroke you already painted.
Is Zenbo free?
The daily 3-minute session is free, every day, with no trial needed. Premium adds the 10 and 20 minute flows, both 14-day programs and two extra scroll colours. In the US it is $34.99 a year with a 7-day free trial for new customers, $8.99 a month, or $79.99 once for lifetime. Prices vary by country and the store shows yours before you pay.
