Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the Zenbo app ("App") provided by Measify ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Health notice. Zenbo offers gentle Tai Chi and Pilates movement for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor or physiotherapist. Check with a doctor before you start, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant or have balance problems. Move within your own comfort, use a chair if you need one, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You use the App at your own risk.
Using the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App or its content, remove notices, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of your app store. The App, its artwork, text, characters (including Bao) and sounds belong to us or our licensors.
There is no account. Your practice history and settings are stored on your phone, so keep your phone secure. If you delete the App or use "Delete my data", that local data is gone and we cannot restore it. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Part of Zenbo is free. The paid plan unlocks more. Plans, prices and any trial are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency.
- Eligible new subscribers get a 7 day free trial on the yearly plan. When the trial ends, the yearly price is charged unless you cancel before it ends. We show a reminder in the App before the trial ends, but it is your responsibility to cancel in time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play or Apple account is charged at confirmation of purchase and again at renewal.
- Manage or cancel any time in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the App or your data does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- A lifetime purchase, if offered, is a one-time payment for access to the paid features for as long as we offer the App.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies. Use "Restore purchases" in the App if you reinstall or change phone.
Notifications
If you allow them, the App shows a daily reminder from your phone. You can turn it off in the App or in your phone settings.
Third party services
The App uses services such as Google Firebase and Adapty, and your app store. They have their own terms: Firebase, Adapty, Google Play, Apple.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the App working and up to date, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. Some features need an internet connection, and your mobile carrier may charge for data. You are responsible for keeping your device charged and compatible. We may change the App, its features or its prices, and we may stop offering it. Price changes for an existing subscription follow the rules of your app store.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the App is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury or harm that results from practising the movements, ignoring the health notice above, or relying on the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your legal rights as a consumer remain.
Ending
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by nature should continue (such as ownership and liability) do so after that.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms follow the law of the place where Measify is established, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
