Privacy Policy
Zenbo is a gentle Tai Chi and Pilates practice app made by Measify ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Zenbo app and this website do with your data. The short version: there is no account, and your practice history stays on your phone.
What stays on your phone
Zenbo keeps these in local storage on your device. We do not receive them on our servers.
- Your practice history: which days you practised, sessions you finished, your ink scroll and strokes.
- Your answers during onboarding and your settings, such as posture choice, chime, language, reduced motion and palette.
- Your reminder time. Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your phone. They do not use a server.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or health records, and Zenbo does not read data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect.

Your practice history is not part of the usage events above: we log that a session was completed, not the content of your scroll or strokes. Payment details are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card number.
Zenbo does not show ads and does not sell your data. We do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Share links
When you share a card, the link ends in a 6 character code. The code is a one-way hash of a random identifier created on your phone. It does not contain your name or anything that identifies you, and the person who opens it learns nothing about you from it. The share page is a static page. Like any website it is delivered by our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting), which keeps standard server logs such as IP address and time of the visit. If the visitor taps the Google Play button, the code is passed to Google Play as a campaign tag so we can count how many installs a card brings.
Notifications
Zenbo asks before sending notifications. Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off in Zenbo or in your phone settings at any time.
Subscriptions
Zenbo has a free part and an optional paid plan. Purchases are made with your Google Play or Apple account. Adapty receives the purchase information needed to confirm your plan. Details of plans and renewals are in our Terms.
Deleting your data
- In the app, open Help and choose "Delete my data". This clears your scroll and strokes, your answers and settings, and your reminder from your phone. It cannot be undone.
- Deleting the data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
- To ask us to delete the anonymous identifier and related analytics or purchase records held by our service providers, email team@measify.com. Uninstalling the app also stops all collection by the app.
Retention
Local data stays on your phone until you delete it or uninstall the app. Analytics and crash data are kept by our providers for a limited period under their standard settings. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to run your subscription and meet legal and tax duties.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, to object to or restrict some processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold only an anonymous identifier, we may ask for it or other details to find your records. Email team@measify.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. They rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.
Not medical advice
Zenbo is for gentle movement and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant or have balance problems. Stop if something hurts.
Children
Zenbo is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where the law of your country sets that age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email team@measify.com and we will remove it.
Security
Your practice data lives in your phone's app storage, protected by your phone's own security. Data sent to our providers travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone locked and up to date.

Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will say so in the app or in the store listing.
